The Scottish Prison Service is pleased to announce that the stage one contract for the Design and Construction of HMP Highland (phase one works) has been awarded to Balfour Beatty.
This first phase constitutes the development of the concept HMP Highland design in partnership with Balfour Beatty and the establishment of the final contract sum, prior to the award of the phase two contract that will deliver the main construction element of the project.
