As a Maintenance Operative you will form an essential part of our maintenance team by carrying out basic routine planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and repair tasks on systems and buildings.
You will also carry out allocated tasks in the cyclical PPM schedules including building fabric inspections, fire systems and equipment maintenance testing and inspection, PAT Testing and Cell Certification, under the supervision of a competent engineer.
